Wholesale Organic Pasta - 01 Gnocchetti Sardi with Chickpeas (5kg bag)

Composed of 50% durum wheat semolina from the organic durum wheat sector in Île-de-France and 50% chickpea flour, our pasta contains no additives or preservatives. Like all our pastas, Gnocchetti Sardi with chickpeas have been stripped with bronze to give them a rougher appearance and respect traditional craftsmanship, but also to allow the pasta to retain the sauce better. They were also dried slowly and at a low temperature in order to preserve the authentic flavor of durum wheat and legumes, as well as all its nutrients, especially proteins. Naturally sources of protein, legumes enrich pasta. They are therefore an excellent base for a vegetarian, vegan, flexitarian or vegan dish. It is also a product suitable for children and athletes. Our recommendations: Serve as a gratin, accompanied by a fluid sauce (Organic Tomato Sauce No. 100) or a thicker sauce (Pure Organic Tomato Pulp No. 200).
