The lovely hand crafted bottles I received are a hit! One was slightly defective and not only did Kitari replace promptly, they sent a few lovely samples and a gift. Amazing product and service.

Katari Beauty is fantastic. Ordered their glass items and they are even nicer in person. Also, one of the items we ordered was out of stock, so they sent us an alternative as well as free gifts/samples. Lovely products and great service too. Thank you so much! EDIT: Sell through has been very slow for these items. People love them, but the price point is just too high for our area. Was hoping they'd go over well, but wasn't able to sell them until I marked them down in price.
