The items look lovely and are good quality, however one or two notepads have slightly frayed edges. I would recommend maybe adding extra padding to the items when packing to prevent this from happening again. Shipping also took longer than expected, considering they were sent from within the UK. This could be due to the printing process though, so unsure about that part. Overall 9/10 :)
