Kakookies contain Tocobiol which is a natural preservative. They are shelf stable for about 8 weeks, but otherwise should be stored frozen. I love these cookies! They sell very well for us, and they ship fast. I like the lower minimum qty amount as it allows us to adjust and order or add different flavors as needed. I feel it helps the stock rotate better and keeps them fresher.
