The processing and shipping speed were not as described and kept changing. They were only sent after asking for a cancel. When opening the box each candle had its own individual box, while this would be a good idea for single item orders this does not work well in a store setting. We had to remake every label for each candle. The hands are underfilled and no quality control done resulting in 4 unsellable at a $17 pricepoint. I burned a broken one for testing and these are for looks only!
