This fabulous classic Mopping Sauce hails from the hill country of North Carolina where pork shoulder is the popular choice for BBQ. Made with vinegar, tomatoes, chilis and black pepper, it's zesty and flavorful. Basting with this tangy, thin sauce keeps the meat juicy and moist and the allows flavor of the meat to shine. For best results, baste your pork with North Carolina Mop Sauce every 30 mins while smoking. If you are cooking ribs, brush on additional sauce after roasting and let the meat rest, tented with foil. For extra flavorful North Carolina style pulled pork, add a generous amount while shredding the warm smoked pork shoulder. LOVE Paradigm Foodworks! Oh my - - great products and super quick ship. And that attention to packaging/branding/labels??? SUPERB!! And on a side note, if you love anything horseradishy, you MUST try the English Style Horseradish Sauce. Now I’m not sure what the English know about horseradish that I apparently don’t, but holy horseradish - - seriously a game-changer and perhaps best enjoyed on a SPOON! (Or if you are so inclined, Prime Rib to be certain.) Trust me. This stuff rocks.

I am so THRILLED that we found Paradigm Foodworks on Faire. Wowser……the price points are remarkable and the flavors - - well heck yes THE FLAVORS!! Buy big, sample the products with your team and your biggest foodie fans and then plan to reorder because you are going to do just that! Not kidding. Highly recommend!!

Paradigm Foodworks is a newer vendor for us and we are absolutely thrilled! The packaging is SOOOO attractive and the price points are amazing. But the bottom line is the products are just delicious!! We’re SOOOO thrilled that we discovered them on Faire. Highly recommend!
