MADDAM ORGANIC BEER Vintage 2022, Blonde de Garde, Burgundy Red Barrels 33cl This exceptional, subtle, and warm beer is part of the brewery's Special Cuvées series. They are crafted by the master brewers of the Chablis Brewery in Burgundy and then aged in oak barrels. This technique gives it round and wine-like notes. A light and fine foam. The color is golden with orange highlights. On the nose, notes of small red fruits, pinot noir, and fine woodiness. On the palate, beautiful creaminess and softness with notes of cereals, wine-like, and a very nice length.
