We ordered back in May and never received our order. After reaching out multiple times, they finally responded and sent us just the backpacks. Again, they claim it's delivered. On top of this they charged us $100 shipping for the backpacks. So we have paid shipping TWICE on this incomplete order which was placed in MAY. They have now stopped reading and replying to the messages. At this point, we would just like our money back. Again, this order was placed in MAY.
