As soon as I opened the box my mom bought one and the first night had them on display people were just gravitating to them! You can really tell she puts in a lot of work to these cups. The packaging was sooo good and even when i dropped the box as I walked to my car they were all fine!! LOL

Once we received our order the items were as described, however the shipping was extremely slow and seller communication was not great. We reached out after our anticipated ship date passed and never heard back. Once the shipping label was printed our order sat another week before it shipped. Hopefully this is something the brand is working to improve as the items are decent quality.
