Every set includes: - White matcha bowl with spout - 100-prong bamboo whisk - Bamboo scoop - White whisk holder - 60 mesh Sifter Available add-on options for the basic set: 30g Cafe Includes 30g cafe grade Japanese matcha. 3-Tea Mix (80g) Includes 30g ceremonial matcha, 30g cafe matcha, and 20g hojicha powder. 100g Ceremonial Includes 100g ceremonial grade Japanese matcha. 3-Tea Mix (300g) Includes 100g ceremonial matcha, 100g cafe matcha, and 100g hojicha powder. Latte Mix Includes matcha latte mix made with ceremonial matcha, milk powder, sugar, natural vanilla flavor, and sucralose. About the teas: Ceremonial Matcha 1st harvest Japanese matcha with a smooth taste and green color. A good option for traditional matcha preparation. Cafe Matcha A stronger blend commonly used for matcha lattes and mixed drinks. Hojicha Powder Roasted Japanese green tea with a nutty flavor and lower caffeine content. Matcha Latte Mix Ceremonial matcha blended with milk powder, sugar, natural vanilla flavor, and sucralose. For the best taste, avoid boiling water. We recommend using water around 175°F (80°C) and whisking in a quick “W” motion until frothy. To care for the bamboo whisk, rinse it with warm water after use and allow it to air dry completely. The holder helps maintain the whisk shape between uses.
