Description
This is a hand pulled screen print of a Pecky Sinker Cypress log, salvaged from the Edisto River in SC. The Pecky holes are caused by a fungus that will not germinate inside the tree until it is approximately 125 years old. This tree was over 300 years old. Sold unframed, hand printed on white 18" x 24" high quality acid-free paper. Each print is signed, dated, and includes an information card about the tree and printing process. Comes packaged in a sealed cellophane bag with a backing board.
