We all know cotton is grown abundantly in Georgia for its fiber, however, it also has a source of nectar for the production of honey. Our cotton honey is light in color, has a thin consistency, and has a mild flavor. Cotton Blossom Honey has a quick crystallization period (it transforms from liquid to crystals in a short period of time). Crystallization is a natural process in pure, raw honey.
