I have been billed for 7 pairs and only received 4, company said they sent 5 and adjusted my invoice. Not true. I am trying to be reimbursed for the other 3 pairs. At first I was on with just finally receiving the shoes. Not anymore. Now I just want to reimbursed for the missing pairs.

It took so long for them to fill order they were out of several items. When I finally received order I have a pair of boots missing. Item hasn’t been replaced nor has my invoice been adjusted. I will not pay this invoice until one or the other is done. Very disappointed and worse experience so far through Faire.
