Wholesale Artichoke Hearts with Herbs 280g

The artichokes, carefully selected, are defoliated by hand, calibrated and processed exclusively fresh at the best time of harvest between March and April. The shank is cleaned by hand with a knife, in order to give the product a homemade look. They are cooked with aromas, fine herbs and with the addition of a drop of vinegar to make them even more delicious.
