Admire this unusual strand of bone beads from Kenya. While Kenyan bone beads are common in a variety of shapes and styles, these beads come in a hard-to-find cylinder shape. East African bone beads are handcrafted by artisans using recycled cow bone. Each bead is individually carved and polished, and is truly one of a kind. These beads measure approximately 25-27 x 22-24mm, with a hole size of 3mm. Strands measure approximately 26", and have approximately 20 beads each.
