Hi there! We took a look at your order with Faire and can confirm the shirt you received was the correct item. The grey tone and fabric can vary slightly between dye lots, which may be why it didn’t match what you expected. This is the only shirt we use for this design, and it consistently sells out every Super Bowl at all locations that carry it — including all three of mine — with no prior complaints. Your experience was definitely unique, and not the kind we ever want a customer to have.
