Triple Chain Earring Charm
The Triple Chain Earring Charm was misrepresented and unusable. The gold chain is paper-thin, extremely short & improperly scaled. Because the chains are too short - they do not hang or drape as intended. This was documented with photos. Combined with numerous missed ship dates, claims of earrings being damaged & having to be remade, (only to arrive unusable) changing timelines & poor communication, the product does not meet retail or wholesale standards. Kelly Bello shouldn't be on Faire.
