Each bookmark is shipped with a protective vinyl sleeve. The bookmarks are made with premium material, but it is important to keep in mind that coverstock is semi-flexible & may bend over time. They are susceptible to staining if exposed to liquids. The tassels are made of terylene and are 5 inches in length. They feel silky to the touch.
