Description
With all the trademark flavors of Indonesian origins at their best in this Indonesian Java. Our first love when it comes to single origin coffees. Sourced from family-owned farms on the Indonesian island of Java, High altitudes and volcanic soil provide perfect growing conditions. Small organic coffee production is atypical of the region which is dominated by large government run coffee estates established by the Dutch in the 18th century. Taman Dadar, meaning flower garden, aptly describes the way this coffee is cultivated, colorfully inter-cropped with parkia beans, avocados, erythrina, albizia, and leucaena trees, which produce food for local consumption and shade. Roaster's Cup Notes: Light mouth-feel, spicy peppery, earthy, brown sugar. The first coffee origin we personally fell in love with. We always come back to our Java as one of our personal favorites.

Made in United States Diet: Ketogenic, Organic, and Whole Foods Production: Non-GMO Shelf life: 1 month Storage: Shelf-stable Ingredients: 100% Arabica Coffee . Specialty Grade. Please do Not allow product to go stale. Major degradation occurs after 1 month. The product should turn faster than 1 month otherwise you are doing a disservice to every one in the supply chain from crop to cup. Part of what makes specialty grade coffee a premium product is freshness and this means we are adamant that the stock gets turned by not more than 1 month else flavors greatly degrade and a disservice to all in the community.
