Like all C.Q.F.D pasta, Fusilli are made from durum wheat semolina from the organic durum wheat sector in Île-de-France and manufactured in our workshop in Meaux. They are dried slowly and at low temperatures to preserve the authentic flavor of durum wheat, as well as all of its nutrients, including protein. Drawn with bronze, all C.Q.F.D. organic pasta is rough to retain the sauce. For a ten-fold increase in delicacy, we recommend that you enjoy them with a fluid sauce that will slide inside the pasta (Sauces 100 to 199 in the C.Q.F.D. range)
