Absolutely terrible experience. It took nearly two months just to receive tracking after placing my order. Communication was full of excuses, conflicting information, and what appeared to be outright dishonesty about the status of my shipment. As a retailer, reliability and transparency matter, and this company showed neither. I strongly caution other boutiques before ordering unless you’re prepared for delays and extremely poor customer service.
