Reston Lloyd is pleased to launch their new line of Eurita clay pot cookers. The roaster comes with an unglazed lid that is soaked in water before use. During the cooking process, this absorbed water is released in the form of steam. This steaming method of cooking will ensure your food is tender as well as infused with all-natural flavors. The bottom section was coated with a glass frit glaze which benefits users with a quick clean-up. Hand washing with regular dish soap is suggested.
