Jane and her team are phenomenal with making sure things are sent correctly. They go above and beyond to make sure that all of their hardware is up to snuff, and will always rectify any manufacturing issues (which is extremely rare as we only had one in almost nine years). Plus their products last just as long too! Love Wildebeest!
