Ordered end of May, after requesting to cancel and having it denied I received a shipping label and communication on June 19, I sent follow up email towards end of July, and finally received a cancellation from Faire customer service on July 20th after no response. I don’t mind waiting but communication was so bad.

Buyer Beware- placed a good size order, came in completely wrong. Tried multiple times to contact this company in a two week period, zero response. Product was great my customers loved it, but customer service is horrible. Unfortunately I have moved on to a different supplier.

Customers are loving these and I’ve personally tired them and haven’t found one I don’t like. However, shipping is very slow and very little communication from them. If it wasn’t for that it would be 10/10
