One of my items arrived damaged. I reached out to them and they said to put a claim in but that they wouldn’t do a replacement order ( which is what I would have preferred). In addition when placing my original order they told me an item was not avail; days later that product is still on their site (I would think it would have been removed if it was no longer avail to order). Ah well! Their products are very nice, are good quality and look great in person!

We have loved everything that we received from Young's with the exception of 1 product. It was very cheaply made for the price of the wholesale value. Complaint was handled quickly and because of that, we have gladly done business with Young's since.

These were broken up!! Very disappointed with this company! I was looking forward to receiving these because we carried them before from a different distributor and they were never delivered broken.
