I placed an order that included what was described as a "set of 4" teacups and saucers. The shipment I received included only one teacup and saucer. I reported the three missing items through Faire and also sent a message directly to the company. I never received any reply whatsoever. I waited for the three missing teacups to be shipped, and today ONE teacup and saucer arrived. I haven't gotten any response from the company about the improper shipments. I will definitely not be reordering.
