I placed a large order for a specific client. I confirmed lead times. After order placed there was almost no communication. Items sent did not match the order, came in multiple late shipments, and still never got what I ordered. A really disappointing experience because the ceramics are gorgeous.

Third time I've ordered (one wonders why I persist) broken products, missing items, no referencing, no quality control, a Chinese puzzle to understand which item corresponds to what since nothing is organized... beyond disappointment, it's exasperation... Too much loss, time, and prices that have really increased in a completely random way. That was the last time... a shame because the craftsmanship of Tamegroute is truly beautiful.

One item was broken. poorly packaged. It is not worth spending time to return. I cannot sell these items as is. I will mark down for less than what I paid or grow them away. I do not like to sell inferior products.
