The 3.5” Pumpkin LED Timer Candle boasts the shape of a round and stout pumpkin that evokes the feeling of fall for display all season long. It has an orange, waxy coating with defined, rounded ribs and a flame-shaped bulb at the top. It glows on a convenient timer function, operated by an on/off switch on the bottom. Love these… until today. My sister bought one, put the battery in it (new one, cause I gave it to her). She did not turn it on, and was waiting for the right time so the timer would set. 15 min later she went back to the candle and it was HOT and the coating was melted off. It got so hot with just the battery ! Not good
