The only negative is it doesn’t mix well, very sticky and cakey, so it takes a long time to dissolve. Most taste great except the green one has too much of a kale taste. I will try adding frozen banana in it and if that tastes good will suggest to my customers.

My clients have loved the fruit smoothies. I'm having them include the reds, purples, and crimsons in for the polyphenols to support beneficial bacteria in gut. This is after gut microbiome testing. The polyphenols in those foods support the bacteria lacking. And here in the northeast, it's freezing as heck and we don't have great options for fresh organic berries in the grocery stores. Plus they're getting fiber with is a natural binder for toxins & to prevent constipation.
