Chime & Go Tag Along Pal - Narwhal
This is an unfortunate event as the quality of the products are great, the customer service however needs significant improvement. For some reason this order went through the USPS and NOT UPS or FED EX and was lost in transit for over 3 weeks. When I reached out for help, I was told that I asked for USPS so its up to me to find the lost packages. I never requested the POSTAL SERVICE, nor did I get a reply when I mentioned that. All around, the products are great, Unfortunate....
