They decided to separate their coffee production from men to gain visibility and a voice inside their community. Serving as an important vehicle for social change, they developed a never-before-existing market (all female produced) coffee. The partnership worked to empower poor and marginalized women coffee farmers. So began Cafe Feminino. It is an honor for us to join the chain as a woman roaster to bring you their exceptional coffee. Peru coffees are a natural low acid coffee. We recommend this coffee for those with GI's that are sensitive to coffee. Round flavor and gentle acidity. This Peru is smooth and sweet, fragrant, intricate yet rich. 80 ounces/ 5lbs coffee, depending on brew method, will make approximately 125 x 12 Oz cups of brewed coffee in your cafe

Please do Not allow product to go stale. Major degradation occurs after 1 month. The product should turn faster than 1 month otherwise you are doing a disservice to every one in the supply chain from crop to cup. Part of what makes specialty grade coffee a premium product is freshness and this means we are adamant that the stock gets turned by not more than 1 month else flavors greatly degrade and a disservice to all in the community.
