La Selva Organic Farm: LaSelva entered the world of Italian organic farming in 1980 in southern Tuscany, in Albinia – Orbetello (GR), a place that is still the heart of all its activities today. Today, on over 600 hectares of agricultural land and in compliance with all European Union regulations on organic farming, it grows vegetables, fruit, cereals and grapes for wine production. It also produces its own animal feed, from which it also obtains the fertiliser that nourishes the soil, thus creating a closed-cycle agricultural system.
