Getting that perfect omelet we see on TV is much easier said than done. They whisk the eggs, add their favorite toppings and the screen cuts to a finished meal. We do not have the luxury of a camera crew or video editors taking the entire preparing a perfect omelette and turning it into a 3 second before and after. Whenever we try to get that perfect flip or turn, something goes wrong and we are left with the "almost" perfect omelette.
