Wholesale Mini Raw Honey, 3 oz

It’s our popular raw honey, just in a smaller, even cuter jar! It’s perfect as a gift or to place on your next charcuterie board. Each of our raw honey jars will differ slightly in color, flavor, and texture. The flavor and color of honey is determined by the nectars collected from different flowers by the honey bees. Because we harvest in small batches by neighborhood, each of our harvests will reflect the florals blooming at that time. Note on crystallization: All of our honey is raw honey, meaning that our honey has never been heated or filtered. Only limited straining has been used to remove the beeswax from the comb. This means all of our honey does crystallize fairly quickly. Crystallized honey still contains all the flavor and health benefits of raw honey, and has simply changed texture.
