Our Meco Viper is a chipotle maple hot sauce that's got a heavy smoke flavor, slightly sweet with a gentle heat level. We make and add an adobo paste with guajillo and arbol chili to bring in the heat and flavor just right. This sauce can be used for most final plate seasonings from tacos, pizzas, pastas and much more. Its also a great marinade for red/game meats and it also makes a great chili. Made with premium chili and Ontario Grade A maple syrup
