Our trio of Curvi Rigati Bio was made from semi-whole wheat semolina (from the Île-de-France organic durum wheat sector), chard leaf puree and tomato concentrate. Then, made in our workshop in Meaux. No additives, no preservatives. Our pasta has been drawn in bronze for a rougher appearance and respects traditional manufacturing and to allow them to better retain the sauce. Then, they were dried slowly and at low temperature to preserve the authentic flavor of durum wheat and vegetables, as well as all its nutrients (proteins).
