Directions: Whole Dose / 1 oz Mineral Tea Skin & Hair (herb weight) to 32 oz boiling water (volume). Half dose / 1/2 oz Mineral Tea Skin & Hair ( herb weight) to 16 oz boiling water (volume) Pour boiling water o er tea and allow to sit for 1-2 hours. Strain and add honey if desired. Refill orders are available in a paper bag that will fit exactly into the original jar. Herbs are not intended to remain in paper bag and must be placed into sealed jar for preservation. Larger bulk orders come in plastic to preserve the tea.
