Fresh, festive and elegant rose bubble. Soil: calcareous clay. Blend: 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir vinified in rose. In the cellar: the manual harvest of crushed grapes and vinified like a classic white wine in thermoregulated vats at 15°C. After careful assembly, the wine is bottled with the addition of selected yeasts for frothing and is left to rest for about 15 months. Dosage: 7 g/l
