My experience was terrible. I was on vacation when I placed the order and for two reasons I had to cancel minutes later, and I had that option: I would not be available to receive the order and there was the added problem of not being able to return it if it was not to my liking. I canceled because I could do so and the request was made immediately with that option, but the brand did not accept it — that's wrong... I had and have that right. Now I have products for sale that are not to my liking nor my customers'.

The ankle boots are very popular I recommend one size up to my customers; the lining is much appreciated and convenient for airing and for self-cleaning the wool on the outside I would have preferred a more solid, less dirt-prone natural sole, but the product is very nice.
