How to use Exfoliation Step 1. For first-time use, soften your beautiful skin by taking a hot steamy shower or bath for 5-10 mins. The longer you steam the more you peel. Step 2. Wet the glove, squeeze out any excess water, and place your hand inside. Remove your body from the water, and used up and down motion to peel away the dead skin and any insecurities. DO NOT rush, go gentle and avoid any open wound or rash area. Give extra attention to areas you feel may need a little more lovin’. Do not use soap or oils. Step 3. Rinse your body and watch as dead skin cells are washed down the drain. Let the magic begin.
