The detail which makes “LA BRAVA” a cool slicer is its little wheel which allows to choose among 5 different thicknesses. The sixth setting forbids the blade to cut. In this way, the slicer can be used on the back side to grate apples. Don’t forget to use the safety holder, included in the packaging.
