Trees and wood are diverse. Depending on the type, they differ greatly in weight, color, properties, and structure. The Werkdachs has selected 10 native species and collected them in a small treasure chest. With the Werkdachs wood quiz, children (and adults!) learn about wood in a very special way: through touch, smell, and close observation. The small wooden box contains ten lovingly polished pieces of wood, each about 8 × 3.5 × 2 cm in size and marked with a burned-in number.
