We are extremely disappointed in this supplier and the Faire customer service regarding this order. We ordered thinking they were based in NY when it obviously is drop shipped from China. We were charged over $100 in shipping and the majority of it came crammed in one box. Due to that stones fell out and we glued them back in. They gave us credit for the issues of that and offered 60% off shipping which Faire repeatedly did not get back to us on and then refused to give that credit.

There's so much of this product on Amazon and it makes pricing difficult. Still, it's a beautiful product, with enough of a margin to be worth having in stock. I don't know why some come in nice boxes and other only in cellophane. I have lost sales for lack of nice boxes when a person wants the item as a gift.

These items are on Amazon, with more variety, for nearly half the MSRP. Profit margin is narrow when every customer surfs the web before buying. They are beautiful though.
