Our pasta is produced with durum wheat grown directly by the company. The only ingredients used are semolina and water. We use circular bronze dies and dry the spaghetti with temperatures min. 36°C and max 46°C for 44 hours. They have a diameter of 2.5 mm and a length of 260 mm. The cooking time is 11-13 minutes.
