The Old Curiosity Shop was perhaps one of Charles Dickens’s most popular works.  The book tells the story of a grandfather and granddaughter who run an antique store in London.  Financial trouble befalls the pair and yields them penniless in the streets.  However, they never forget how happy they used to be when running The Old Curiosity Shop.  This candle boasts a nontraditional scent that is antiquated, deep, and rich, making it perfectly capture the smell of the old antique shop in Dickens’s story.    SCENT DETAIL: The deep, rich scent of smoky tobacco leaves, suede, leather, and patchouli, with hints of bergamot and sandalwood SCENT STRENGTH: Medium CANDLE SIZE & COLOR: Each candle contains 9 fluid ounces of wax and weighs about 1 lb.
