A wine with a very pale red color, produced from a plot with 30-40 year old vineyards, with low yields for a beautiful expression of a place called “Le champs caseau”. Soil: clay and marl. Grape variety: 100% Poulsard - native grape variety. In the cellar: manual harvest and rigorous selection of the bunches at full maturity. About two weeks of fermentation and then aged for 12 months in steel vats.
