El Cabestano is an organic white rum made from Cuban cane molasses. After three weeks of fermentation, and keeping it cold, the must was slowly distilled twice. The so-called “ironed” distillation was carried out using our two all-copper stills (Pot Still and Cognaçais). El Cabestano - Tasting rum - reveals a delicate aroma of smoked caramel, almost roasted, which gives us an incredible length in the mouth.
