Someone from the company contacted me twice. Once to let me know it was on its way and a second time after it arrived to see if we were happy with the products. The cup and saucers were bigger and more sturdy than I expected but I consider that a plus because the daintier cups don't hold much and my customers love them. The Welsh teabags have been a hit and I will be having to reorder soon and expand the line.
