West Virginia State Silhouette Necklace
These items were very badly and cheaply made with no quality control. There is a piece of metal sticking sideways off the top of the state pendant that is a very obvious imperfection. And it's on every single necklace. I can't believe these were even sent out to a customer. I can't sell these. Nobody could. This was my first order with this company and will definitely be my last.

You can look at our photos & see the thick stainless steel charge we use for our necklaces, unlike other necklaces online that are thin & made of alloy. We are far from cheap. This customer has literally attacked us about a bent metal piece on the panhandle of some of the necklace. If this happened, I would totally be accountable & fix the matter. But she refuses to do 1 simple thing: send a photo for me to see. I think it's fair for me to ask. How can I fix a problem if I don't know exactly whats she means? Instead she sent 3 messages filled with ALL CAPS WORDS, belittling us & accusing us for being the worst small business in the world because I apparently should memorize the shape of all 50 states & recognize a tiny mistake that may have happened on a few necklaces. We have successfully been in business for 11 yrs. We take pride in our product & our customer service.
