Wholesale Teeling Summer Blossom Honey

This is 100% raw Dublin honey that is simply extracted from the beehive frames and passed through a course filter/sieve to remove large particles of wax/debris. It's then put into jars ready for sale. It's collected by my bees over on the roof of the Teeling Whiskey Distillery and is from the 2021 summer flow. It consists mainly of some summer flowering plants such as clover and blackberry but also some other flowers such as the lime trees around the city centre. As this is raw honey it will naturally crystallize over time. It has not been fine filtered, or processed in any way as a result it still contains pollen & wax particles.
